Amy Paulson is Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Gracias Foundation, a nonprofit organization devoted to serving vulnerable and impoverished women and children around the world through holistic, grassroots community projects. Amy has a diverse and international background with over 14 years of finance, operations, and project management experience in the U.S. and abroad with organizations such as Deloitte, SAP, eBay International and the U.S. Embassy in Berlin. A former orphan herself, Amy is now dedicated to serving children in need while empowering young women with opportunities to create a brighter future for their children and communities. As a passionate humanitarian, Amy has served the nonprofit sector as a volunteer, program and finance manager, board member, and executive director. In addition to managing the operations of The Gracias Foundation, she now leads volunteers on service projects around the world. Amy is currently authoring her first book - a story about her journey growing up as an adoptee in a biracial family, reuniting with her birth parents, and learning to embrace gratitude as a powerful catalyst for change. A licensed CPA, Amy has a BS in Accounting and is working on her MS in Global Studies and Nonprofit Management at Northeastern University.
